We aim to deliver every project within the agreed timeline. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the timeliness of information, feedback, or materials you provide. We offer reasonable revisions to ensure the deliverable meets the agreed requirements.
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required access or materials. Delays in providing these may affect the project schedule.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio.
We treat all client and customer information as confidential and use it only to provide the agreed services. We do not store sensitive customer data — such as full payment card numbers, card security codes (CVV), or banking credentials — on our own systems. We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee that software will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will work to revise it so that it meets the agreed requirements. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the work completed.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for any work completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
